What is the best razor that gives a nice close shave (on your legs of course)? I saw one advertised on TV where the lady makes a zig zag pattern on her leg and it is said to be impossible to cut...

Hairy arms!

I have dark hairy arms and I normally dye them blonde with the jolene bleach cream but that gets very expensive and also makes my arms itch! Does anybody know any other creams for your arms like this...
