Ford Focus Help!

My focus keeps cutting out! Every now and again, the speedo will 'drop off' and then when i pull up and press the clutch, it cuts out. Had it on a diagnostics kit, but no problems have been logged....

any one know how to move the start/tool bar menu on xp?/?

I have an 04 ford focus 1.8zetec petrol. when i slow down or stop the engine revs drop and the battery light comes on, sometimes it cuts out which i think is quite dangerous. Any ideas please.
