Do you know of a website where I can see what the electrric equivalent to gas numbers is please. I have a gas cooker and the oven temp is on a scale of 1 to 9 but I have found some very old recipes...

Checking my oven temperature.

Bit worried about cooking the turkey as my main oven doesn't appear to get as hot as it should and so things take much longer to cook than they should. I can usually get away with just using the top...
