kittens first day outside

Hi, I have a kitten of almost 6 months old, who is amost 3 wks post op of having being spayed. Is she old enough to go outside now? and has it been long enough after her op? I feel that she needs more...

Hi whilst icing my injuries I thought I'd ask for advice etc. Anyway I played hockey today (field) as I do most weeks. Recently my heel has felt rather bruised but as a rule I just take ibuprofen, stretch the area and ice it once in a while.
