Copy the same song via nero onto a disc

clematis not flowering

I planted 2 armandii evergreen clematis over a year ago , 1 is healthy and 1 i've just replaced due to wilt. The original one hasn't flowered as yet - any ideas how to ensure they will flower next...

I saw dossets original post on 7-5-06 and had a hunch about this plant but was hesitant, mainly due to the word shrub, its acually classed as a border perenial, apart from that,I thought it too much...

gardener at hotel called the plant CUMFRY and was an old medicinal plant which can very quickly spread and would not advice it for small gardens
