How do I merge the intro of one song into another finishing with 10 seconds of another so its three parts that sound like one complete song?

I don't have a multi-region dvd, but there is an American rare DVD I would like to buy. I was wondering if a region 1 DVD it would play on my PC? Thanks.

Does anyone know any good cures for styes, also I lose at least 1-2 eye lashes from my right eye every day...will my eye go bald!!! because they seem to take ages to grow back.
