What is going on

with these people who complete games in less than a week. I seem to have this 3 month rule. No matter what game I play it takes 3 months to complete. Am I not devoting enough time?

I've created an avi file using the capture feature on my web cam. Its only 3 mins long but takes up nearly 250 MB. I want to put it on YouTube and it needs compressing. Zipping it only saves about 30...
