Hi Dizmo - thanks for your answer - printed it out but unfortunately perhaps my sky is old - when I go into system setup - numbers only go to 1-8 there is no zero.
You won't see the option for 0 because it is hidden. Just press 0 and then 1 and select. You will be brought to another menu. Trust me.
Here I've found a YT video for you to look at which shows you how to do it :)

Jump to about 4:50 on the youtube video. The first 4 minutes or so is pretty boring.

Thanks Dizmo for all your trouble. I can't still get zero and I will tell you why I think - my remote control is not fully tuned into sky - I go from the Freeview control to sky to get what I want

eg freeview control for volume and others.

I am aware that there is a code to tune in Sky but when I bought new Freeview TV some years back I did not bother to fully tune in the Sky as I was afraid to lose channels.

Will call in my man (Satellite) when I see him - I am afraid of knocking off channels. But again Diz thanks. Conne
