Uninstall Chrome

Been having a couple of problems with Chrome - says that sync is paused and I need to sign in. Do this but I still get a message telling me to sign in. The other is every time I open chrome there... ...

Help!

On my PC (I'm now on my laptop)I inadvertently clicked on the icon next to the X (top right) W10 which is restore down and have lost Chrome. How can I get it back please?
