Sunny and warm here in my part of the NW. It seems to rain every night when I'm in bed because for the last few days, the ground has been very wet when I've got up, so I've not had to water the plants !

It had been raining here in E London but now has stopped and is very overcast.

Not now, thick cloud cover with a very light breeze & muggy-ish.

However, at around 4:30 this morning, I was watching the most dramatic lightning I've ever seen. The sky was almost continuously lit, with deep rolls of thunder & hammering rain.

Its hot here and a little damp earlier, but in the west of the county they've had floods and trees down. How different the weather can be within 10 miles.
