morning, Friday and the end of the working week for some, I hope that you are all as well as can be and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today? Todays forecast for the capital is a high of 32c with partly sunny skies, if it's anything like yesterday it will be lovely.

well, 25 is the warmest this year down here - I will enjoy summer for the 2 hours we are supposed to get - good for drying the washing though!

i have an airing cupboard for drying, and don't do washing that often, so things get dry in there quite quickly.

Good morning. It is a lovely day in Norfolk. This is the last day of my summer holiday and will be doing some gardening and will be careful in the excessive heat. It will be cooler on the weekend.

Good morning , not sunny but ever so warm, got windows open throughout, daughter has just messaged and has COVID but thankfully not near as bad as the first time

It’s meant to be 32 degrees here just outside Croydon today, 27 tomorrow and then right down to just 15 on Sunday, which is mad! Then back up to over 30 next week.

Oh Smow so sorry to hear that. I've already got sun burn on my face and heat rash all over my neck and I use cream and avoid the sun as much as possible. Those temperature and the humidity would most unpleasant.

LJ - I love the heat, and am meant to sit in it for a little bit every day as I have a Vit D deficiency, but even yesterday I was struggling in it x
