Good morning Abers. It is a wet morning here in Norfolk. Am going for a haircut this morning and then to the supermarket for my weekly shopping, more expense i am afraid.

Morning everyone. Hope we’re all ok?? Waiting for my phone call this morning - the one from my consultant who hopefully has examined my lumbar spine x ray results from last week to decide whether, after 3 months of trying to heal, whether I need surgery or not now. Fingers crossed I don’t! x
