Wearing a mask, or as some like to call it, a face covering don't make much difference, yet Matt Hancock now insists that we all wear them if we have to visit the hospital / doctors, that's very strange. Can anyone explain the change of mind?

Its more of a puzzle now, the WHO is now telling everyone to wear one. OH I see now, Matt thought he would recommend them first, before the WHO got in on the act today. :0)))))))
