Does anybody know where I can get hold of a copy of a programme shown on Channel 4. Thank you for any replies

I wanted a copy of a prog some years ago & wrote to ITV, unfortunately they could not send me one.

Why not state what the programme was, perhaps someone out there has recorded it?
