Panda Titanium 2005 antivirus

When trying to install this program I get a message saying"ERROR EXTRACTING SUPPORT FILES: CATASTROPHIC FAILURE" Anyone know how to rectify this? I have E-Mailed the support site but they do not answer.

I've just updated to the Panda Titanium2006 and had a problem which like you went unanswered. The support is usually excellent but now it seems to be a bit iffy....but I had my reply and help by bombarding them with outraged emails telling them what I thought of them etc - and it worked.

Keep on at them and you will eventually have a reply - if only to shut you up. I know this is not the right way, but it seems to be the only way - and the product is very good.
