Hi Vallaw, I have just rang Sky, I was very polite as it serves no purpose being aggressive to the person on the other end, I explained I have always had great service from them till the last 10 days or so when I have lost broadband three times and my phone service for 3 days, he was very helpful and offered me a 25% reduction off my bill each month + £2-50 a month reduction from my broadband, I pay £10 per month for the high speed BB
