Last week I bought a Beko washing machine online from Digitalpoint.co.uk. I just wondered if anyone could tell me if theoretically, something goes wrong with the machine in the first twelve months, what do I do? Who should I contact? Beko or digital point?
In all cases it's legally the seller's responsibility, since they are acting as agents for the manufacturer. Mind you, that might not stop them from simply referring you back to the manufacturer. Also, check what it says on your manufacturer's guarantee.
