Well, wasn't it exciting last weekend? Who'd have thought it? - a clean sweep by Magyar in a difficult game with few matches elsewhere. Now everyone is thinking, "Can he do it again?". More to the point though, 'If Magyar can do it, then anyone can'. There's nothing to it really, just let your mind go blank and enter the first thing that comes into Pauline's mind. If you can't do that, then you'll just have to resort to the usual tricks of bribery and corruption ;-)
A word of caution: It is probably best to avoid entering the shrubbery via the bridge over the river incase you disturb the trolls sleeping beneath.
As usual, the bonus points will be there for the taking as you crawl sleepy eyed from the shrubbery at 9:00 am tomorrow and remember that the thread will be opened by Psychic Pauline at about 8.45 in the morning. The MM Link Game should then be officially launched by Queen Pauline when she posts her four words to be linked at 9.00am. Then it is up to yourselves.
The international version of this same game is called KM Links and kicks off somewhat earlier once the crossword clues have been solved. Look out for seekeerz from Oz who provides the entertainment, refreshments and rule of law when dealing with that parallel game. In this case, the choice of words and their links are out of our control. They are the grey words chosen by Kate Mepham in her GK Crosswords in the Daily Telegraph on Saturday and Monday!
What is this?
Well Bert Bassett, this is allsorts, read Dante's words "Lasciate ogni speranza voi ch'entrate!" = All hope abandon, ye who enter here.
You need to be over the age of consent and under the age of incontinence.
THIS IS THE SHRUBBERY.
Unless you have passed the double-interrogation course at Hereford I would advise you to steer well clear of this clump of undergrowth.
There are ladies (and I use that noun very carefully) who perch in there who do not mind if your flesh is fresh or well hung (!) Well maybe they do.......
I am sure the laydees will enlighten you further.......

This is our little bit of fun on a Friday night before we prepare to play our own version of Telegraph Link Words! The official one will be under KM Links in the morning where we try to guess what words Kate Mepham will link Saturday's GK crossword Link words to on Monday with the Herculis.
Our own version MM Links is set by the winner of the previous month!
Now you will be totally confused...and I wait for somebody else...probably gen2 to give you a much better explanation.
Right--I am taking an opportunity to say something other than B******* laptops. Belated Happy birthday Jan and thanks Pauline for posting my greetings. I will try my best to do the links tomorrow, but will still get zero either way. Loads of love to you all.
