it's a made up language - the last native speaker died in 1777.....with very little besides teh Bible prnted in it
No, it's not a "made-up" language; it is a real language which has been revived by hundreds of students and academics and cultural historians who study it and use it. Just because the last native speaker died in 1777 doesan't therefore somehow mean that it became invalid or pretend or artificial.
When did the last native speaker of Latin die?
