I want to know what it is now, Erin :-)
I'm friends with Tinks on fb... I'm sure you could find me lol! :-)
I end up as a type of fruit! Haha!
Found you...lol
Would that be Banana, erin ?
I've never heard that name before.
Duner, it was in reference to the story aog linked to, in which people pondered the relative merits of standing out and blending in. People on AB are free to use their real names, but few do. Yes, I should think it does reflect the users.
Really Ummmm? I actually know of a few others with my surname... and no relatives either because my dad was the only son. Can you see what I would end up as though... Matches my hair now I suppose haha!!
Point taken jno, I only glanced at AOG's story as it was a few days old and I had skim read it previously.
And no Tony... Not banana! Haha!
"and no relatives either because my dad was the only son."

Never heard of sisters?
They tend to change their names when they get married.
I always have to spell my surname and am sick of cold callers and even more sick of their not being able to pronounce it. (Possessive before the gerund) if anyone wonders at the grammar.
I've only met one person with my surname that wasn't related to me.
Raspberry then, erin ?
They tend to change their names when they get married.

Still relatives though.
.............and it's not compulsory.
Exactly Ummmm... He has three sisters and they're all married. I think only one of them had our surname anyway. Different Dads you see.. My family can be quite confusing.
We're talking about names though.
Getting closer Tony.....
