Quote: "I am rather dissappointed to note that the majority of repondents have placed their own interpretation upon what I have written and have not in fact dealt witht he issues as I have presented them, but rather with the issues that they believe they have a ready-made answer for. You have collectively ignored the oft repeated information that it was at the suggestion ofthe ACAS advisor that I decided to seek for a clearer definition of the role that is being offered instead of my current position."
Hmm. A few observations for you.
1) We don't work collectively. I know nothing about F30, Ethel, Buenchico or any of the others.
2) I can't and don't speak for the others, but personally I find your observations in your last response insulting.
3) None of us are 'astute employment lawyers with greedy motives" as far as I know. In fact none of us are lawyers. Some of us have worked with employment lawyers. We give our time here here for free.
4) Some of us provide links to other places where question-seeters can look for information themselves. Depending of the nature of the question, some of us may try to provide simple interpretation of the law as it applies in the specific case.
Please indicate which issues you have presented have not been dealt with.
