I have new wood flooring and one place the planks are coming up what to do and why it happend?

Is it in a bathroom or kitchen? Water underneath will certainly cause this problem.

What sort of flooring is it? Laminate, parquet...?

It's the office area and Laminate flooring over concrete floor.
If there is no water damage, then it could be that not enough room was left at the edge for expansion gap !
