think aspartame is only in diet coke? (and most other 'diet' foods) I'm no expert though, Either way, drinking too much of either type of coke or indeed any fizzy drinks is wrong diddly wrong for you.
If you drink sugar free coke the aspartame increases your risk of getting cancer. If you drink the version with sugar, aside from making you fat, iy will overload your pancreas and you icrease your risk of getting diabetes. Coke also rots your teeth and the sugar free stains them. There's loads of great alternatives, try fruit juices mixed with sparkling water, cranberry, pomegranate, pineapple are all really nice.
I am finding it hard to believe this is a serious question from a person of 'about 35'!! Everyone (surely) knows that coke is one of those things which is to be consumed in moderation! Thats like saying will I get fat if I eat half a gateau every day!
its the aspartme in diet drinks that gets you can get addicted to. Caffeine doesn't irritate the bladder... it is a natural diuretic which is why you pee more than usual when you drink it.... doesn't make it any better for you though!
