How do I open messages with eml extensions in Incredimail. I have ticked ther box to allow Incredimail to open them but the always revert to Outlook Exoress which I do not use. Thanks in advance

Try this - start - control panel -Folder Options - File Types. Now find EML and click on it and select change. From the list click on Incredimail and click OK.
